Questions about booking

How can I book a room?
Our rooms can only be booked online via our website or the well-known booking portals.
Can I book a room for a longer period of time?
If you would like to stay in one of our rooms for more than 29 days, please contact us by email.
Otherwise you can book directly online on our website.
How can I pay?
You can pay online via credit card, Sofortüberweisung and PayPal.
What happens after booking?
Immediately after booking you will receive a booking confirmation by email (please also check the SPAM folder).
You will then receive an email with the online check-in from us about a week before your arrival. When you have gone through this, the guests will automatically receive the access data for the front door, room and WLAN by email and SMS on the day of arrival at 11:00.

Last-minute bookings: If you book and arrive on the same day, you will receive the booking confirmation and the link for online check-in just 1 minute after your booking. As soon as you have completed the online check-in, you will automatically receive your access data within 1 minute via email and SMS (no earlier than 11:00 a.m.).

In this case, please check the SPAM folder in your email inbox.
If the booking confirmation is not there either, please contact us by email.
Can dogs also stay overnight?
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to stay overnight in our accommodation.

Questions on the day of arrival

When can I move into my room?
Your room can be opened from 3 p.m. with the PIN code sent to you.
An early check-in is unfortunately not possible due to the automation.
Are there parking spaces?
Sufficient free parking spaces are available directly in front of the property.
How does the check-in work?
One week before arrival you will receive an email with a link to our online check-in. As soon as you have completed this, you will receive the PIN code for the front door and room as well as the WiFi password automatically by email and SMS on the day of arrival at 11:00.

Questions during the stay

What about the food in the accommodation?
In our accommodation there is a drinks and snacks machine that is available for you around the clock.
How are the rooms equipped?

Can I have mail or parcels sent to my accommodation?
Since we don't have a reception, this is unfortunately not possible.
Are there barrier-free rooms?
No, our rooms are unfortunately not barrier-free.
Can I smoke in the room?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire property.
Will my room be cleaned?
Our rooms are cleaned for you every day.

Questions on the day of departure

When do I have to leave the room?
You have to leave your room by 11:00 a.m.
A later departure is unfortunately not possible.
